- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Pizza took 20 minutes longer than "maximum" time for delivery. Part of the order was missing. When I called to explain that I was missing items, the guy thought I was just trying to order more food. When he finally understood the situation, he said "I guess we'll send it out on our next delivery". I asked if they could send it out now so my family could start eating. He said " Yeah OK" and hung up. They never showed up with the missing pieces. The website order tracker that says "Kaylee is double checking your order for perfection!" is obviously a load of B.S.
